Hi everyone!
Sorry Mommy and I have been so busy the last 15 days! Nana Stephens was here. Pop pop was here and it was Christmas! Plus we both were getting over pneumonia.
I had a really good time at Christmas! There was so much stuff to tear open and see and climb and play! I really think Santa thought I was a super good girl this year.
When Nana Stephens came she brought me a hat and scarf that her co-worker Linda made. It is so perfect to go with my pea coat! It was pretty cold here we even got some snow! Nana made me a snow lady it was funny looking!
I got to see you daddy a couple of times on mommy's computer. I hope that you had a good Christmas!
Mommy is going to put together a slide show because there are a lot of pictures to show you! I hope that you will be able to see them.
It is New Years Eve now...I don't really know what that is and I am sure tomorrow will just be another day to me. But Mommy is all in the buzz and Pop Pop and her got some special Nog to drink tonight. (Daddy...I doubt they will stay up....They are boring)
Pop pop has mommy's cough. I am trying to take a nap and he is hacking in the living room.
Well I am told you will be home to visit in 2011! So lets get this year started!

Sum it up for Daddy!
HI,
Daddy! So yes I know it has been awhile since Mommy has narrated! Well I have been sick and had pneumonia. We aren't sure if it is all gone yet but we will be soon. I get to talk to you sometimes on the internet and I really like that. Tonight on your and mommy's anniversary we watched the video of you reading to me. She really misses you. Mommy is working on disciplining me. I don't listen very well. But, Daddy ;) I try :)
Also, it has been very cold here. Mommy and I saw Sparrows on the porch! So awesome!
I hope you are doing well over there. I miss you a lot! Mommy is going to post some pictures that she took of me over the past few weeks.
Also, there will be one of her with the beautiful flowers you sent her.

Hello Daddy!
Daddy!
It was good to see you this morning! Mommy and I stayed inside most of the day. In the evening we went out with Karie to the Olive Garden and Kohls. Guess what?! MOMMY didn't buy anything!!!!! YAY!
When we got home mommy did all the trash stuff while Karie played with me. I like her a lot! She is so fun! Mommy took me in to change my diaper. Once she got my diaper off I jumped up and hid behind the rocking chair...Mommy knew exactly what I was doing...I PEE'd on the Floor...I tried to cover it by stepping on it but Mommy didn't buy it.
We then read some books and played a little. Went to bed at 7:45.
Here are some pictures of the last few days. I've been rocking a lot reading a lot, and sitting on the potty...a bit. :)

A letter to Daddy from Mommy
A glimpse inside my world:
As I spent all day with the baby I gaze at her seeing glimpses of you and me. Her strong will and bull handedness is a trait that is still out for Jury on its origins. She is growing and leaps and bounds and as every day goes bye I wish and wish I could capture all the perfect moments just for you to see or hear. I can sit here and remember her defiant acts with ease but those cute little picture perfect moments sometimes float by. However, I have been earnestly working on making the picture perfect moments the moments I live for and relish as I am blessed to be here with her.
Two that come to mind are the other day when she felt the need to get me a blanket to cover me. She has a nurturing spirit. Today she also kneeled in front of the dog and gave him kisses on his nose. (he didn't lick her which was nice)
She gives out hugs like candy sometimes and other times she is nunga nunga nunga (pretty sure that is her word for NO).
She is eating better with less fuss or force. If you don't concentrate on how much and just focus on eating yourself she tends to eat more. I guess she doesn't like to be scrutinized.
She is everything I hoped for and more. The more often comes with the wanting you here with me!
We love you with all our hearts and I hope I am capturing just enough for you to experience her growth.

Mommy thinks I am turning into a TV head but really she is just boring so the TV is more fun (just kidding). Yesterday I had school and I love getting to spend time with Ms. Eiby and the other kids. At the end of the day when Mommy came we were all sitting at the table with some books. The other kids hand be their books...but I don't give any back. I just really like to have them all :)
Mommy and I play farm a lot. That is my new thing. She is going to post pictures for you too see.
Well Daddy I am in bed at 7:30 today because I only napped till 2. So I love you and miss you a lot!
